32 truths...POST COVID

  1. Covid is real.

  2. Covid is no joke.

  3. Covid is life changing

  4. Covid effects everyone differently… and NO you don’t have to have an underlying health issue for it to make you terribly ill.

  5. Protect the people you love and don’t be stupid or stubborn.

  6. The techs, nurses and physicians on the front lines are hero’s. LEGIT.

  7. I forgot how strong I am. Really.

  8. Regardless…this is going to be a long road.

  9. Covid is NOT “like the flu”.

  10. Human interaction is essential for a healthy mind. 

  11. Never underestimate the power of a simple text.

  12. My boys are strong, independent, selfless and mighty Warriors

  13. Everyday is a blessing. Spend them with the people you love.

  14. Family is everything. Everything.

  15. Never take true friendships for granted. 

  16. It’s amazing how long I can go without washing my hair. 🤦🏼‍♀️

  17. Jesus Christ is my ultimate healer and protector. 🙏🏻

  18. There’s no place like H❤️ME.

  19. God has us right where He wants us.

  20. I’m surrounded by people who really do love me. 

  21. With this illness…physical and psychological healing is necesary.

  22. Healthy whole food is meant to nourish and fuel us. Anything more than that is unnecessary. 🤷🏼‍♀️

  23. “Being still” cleanses and expands the mind.

  24. There is so much more to life than what the world has to offer. I don’t want the world. Give me Jesus.

  25. God is so much bigger than the ugliness the world is throwing at us right now. 

  26. Everyday should be spent finding and appreciating beauty. It’s everywhere around us.

  27. I will seek SIMPLICITY always... for that is where a real, joyous, and healthy life blooms.

  28. There are blessings and teachable moments in everything we experience. 

  29. Don’t ever compromise yourself or settle for anything other than what you know God has prepared for you. 

  30. The ability to “Parent” is the most remarkable gift that I have ever received.
